Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and partner restaurants. You'll be responsible for ensuring their interactions with us are seamless and enjoyable. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and partners through phone, email, and live chat support

  • Guiding customers through order placement, delivery tracking, and use of the mobile app
  • Quickly addressing and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed

Requirements
