Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Troubleshooting issues and assisting customers in resolving their concerns effectively.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
