Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
- Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance the shopping experience
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options
- Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that all areas are clean and well-organized
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have
- Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
