Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
• Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance the shopping experience
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options
• Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that all areas are clean and well-organized
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives
• Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
