Job Summary

As a Data Entry Technician with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry into our operating system. You'll work closely with our Customs Brokerage team to understand and identify customs documentation, transpose customs declaration information, and verify documents for compliance. Your exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and professional attitude will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Qualifications

* Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)

• Effective interpersonal skills, including:

+ Proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing + Strong relationships-building skills, with a focus on internal and external stakeholders

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to:

+ Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation

• Proficient computer skills, including:

+ Solid data entry with a high accuracy rate + Email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency

• Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills in the logistics and supply chain space
• Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
