Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and personalized support.
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that customer interactions are thoroughly documented.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and syntax
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, ensuring that multiple customer interactions are managed efficiently and effectively
- Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
- The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
