Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company promotions and offerings
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
