Key Responsibilities:
As a Calibration Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling phone and email inquiries from customers regarding price quotes, calibration scheduling, and post-calibration billing
- Providing quality customer service through call center functions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries
- Maintaining constant communication with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues promptly
- Demonstrating expertise on all aspects of product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales and buys from online leads, leveraging your knowledge of ADAS systems and calibrations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Assisting with other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex
Education & Experience:
* High school degree or equivalent required
- Previous call center customer service experience preferred
- Bi-lingual, English & Spanish, a plus
- 2+ years of college, a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong customer relations skills, with a focus on building trust, empathy, and rapport with customers
- Ability to work well with others, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
- Willingness to learn and complete calibrations, staying up-to-date with the latest ADAS systems and technologies
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:
* Work is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs may be required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
