Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a customer service expert, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, effectively, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling opportunities as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Must reside in California
