• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth, cost savings, and process improvements through data-driven insights
• Strong analytical skills, with experience working with complex data sets and statistical models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
