As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to our clients, stores, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize various systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
  • Provide expert-level support through clear and concise communication, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; GED accepted
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a contact center or call center environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
