Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient entry and accuracy
• Closing batch tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower) and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials to ensure accurate data entry
• Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry
• Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors and ensuring data accuracy
• Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements
• Understanding and adhering to quality systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices to ensure a safe and quality product
• Adhering to PPE requirements as required
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) skills
• An Associate degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with quality systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field

• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
