Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from patients and resolving their queries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Reviewing patient history as necessary to provide personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Registering patients, verifying memberships, and adding them to the appointment queue
  • Helping patients with billing questions and resolving billing issues
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues and providing technical support
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping

Essential Functions:

About You:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need:

  • Prior customer care experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • A medical background is a huge plus, but not required
  • A paperless work area and cell phone-free environment
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a focused, professional environment
  • Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and integrity
  • Self-sufficiency, organization, and strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information

Technical Requirements:

To work as a remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need:

  • A Windows PC (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)
  • High-speed, hardwired internet (no WiFi or satellite)
  • Windows 10 or 11 operating system
  • Intel Core or Intel Pentium 4 processor
  • At least 8GB of usable RAM
  • At least 200MB of free hard drive space
  • Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels
  • Sound card (standard on most computers)
  • Up-to-date anti-virus software
  • USB noise-canceling headset
