Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to stay connected with clients
  • Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to deliver customer renewals
  • Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact
  • US or Canadian citizenship (due to regulatory requirements)
  • Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to multi-task, with a strong ability to form and grow solid relationships with client accounts
  • Proficiency with computers and Zoom (although not required, it's a plus)
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
