As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our advertising partners and ensuring the smooth operation of our custom tracking platform.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who can effectively communicate with our advertising partners, manage our internal advertiser spreadsheets, and provide written and oral updates on campaign details. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data into our custom tracking platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Communicate with new and current advertising partners through Email and Instant Messenger, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain and update our internal advertiser spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide written and oral updates on campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions to the rest of the team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the tracking platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to improve our operations and services.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business) preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing principles, including typing, computer shortcuts, and extreme multi-tasking.
  • Proficiency in basic HTML and CSS, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data management systems.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's custom tracking platform and internal systems.
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field (e.g., Google Analytics certification).
