Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Providing Exceptional Customer Care:

Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Managing Incoming Communications:

Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Learning and Following Procedures:

Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Meeting and Exceeding Targets:

Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality customer service and support.

Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions:

Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Upselling and Scheduling:

Able to up-sell if needed, and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs.

Previous Experience:

Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
