Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency. You'll work closely with various teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to resolve issues and provide green resolutions to complex problems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies between systems and reports
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and provide green resolutions
- Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems, policies, and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
- Experience with healthcare data management systems and software
- Certification in data analysis, quality improvement, or a related field
