Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experienced Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, prescription coverage, and medical treatment. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare, broaden your experience, and open the door to additional opportunities at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to phone calls and addressing their questions and concerns about health insurance, prescription coverage, and medical treatment.

  • Make informed decisions about member benefits and coverage, ensuring that members receive the support they need to navigate the healthcare system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in healthcare customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting.

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism.
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence.
