Job Description:

As an Experienced Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and informing content strategies across arenaflex. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning will help us uncover new insights and opportunities, driving growth and success in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning, to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions and drive content strategies.

• Analyze client behavior and preferences to identify untapped client needs and uncover new content opportunities.
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
• Streamline content release and episode discharge methodologies to optimize audience engagement and retention.
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to enhance content commitment and maintenance.
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to partners to drive business growth and success.
• Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
