Job Description
As a Chat Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer engagement through our innovative software and exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, using our software to facilitate the sales process
- Engage with customers in real-time, building relationships and encouraging them to place orders
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
- Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our software, products, and sales strategies
- Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals
Key Responsibilities:
