Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide assortment of information indexes utilized for information/text mining, and investigation to empower informed business choices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify key business issues and opportunities, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide assortment of information indexes utilized for information/text mining, and investigation to empower informed business choices

• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying measurable investigation procedures to inspect organized and unstructured information from numerous dissimilar sources
• Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, including senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less ranking staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Present to senior management and stakeholders as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year certification in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance

• Five (3) years work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
