Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Moving and hooking up equipment, including trucks and trailers
• Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
• Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services
• Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
• Installing hitches and trailer wiring
• Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
• Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
• Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work part-time, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to perform inside and outside work duties, including sanitizing equipment
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
• Ability to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted

Work Environment:

The work environment for this role involves moderate risks or discomforts, which require special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields. The physical demands of this role include long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
