The Role
As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance, support, and analysis to resolve complex technical issues. You will work closely with our AWS Venture team, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level technical support to US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, addressing Big Data and Charging issues
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, including Sales and Solution Architects
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's cloud infrastructure, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, often requiring creative problem-solving and critical thinking
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a cloud computing environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with cloud infrastructure, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
- Knowledge of Big Data and Charging issues, including data analytics and visualization
- Certification in a relevant technical field, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
