The Senior Statistics Architect Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our VOC team and drive the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer method. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics concern matter specialists, and our Agile crew in technology to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs

• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Deliver big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ability to create interactive dashboards and reports
