Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing personalized support to individuals, suppliers, and other divisions through phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Guiding customers through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology, as well as providing access to resources and administrative rules
  • Building a trusting and caring relationship with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Communicating relevant information to customers, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools
  • Explaining customers' freedoms and limitations as per contract
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking contacts with customers, suppliers, and plan supporters

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or written correspondence

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Guide customers through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology
  • Build a trusting and caring relationship with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Communicate relevant information to customers, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools
  • Explain customers' freedoms and limitations as per contract
  • Maintain accurate records and track contacts with customers, suppliers, and plan supporters

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a production environment or a similar setting

  • Familiarity with clinical terminology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar organization
