Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient data entry services, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy operations. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and updated, and that all data is compliant with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

* Provide accurate and efficient data entry services, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy operations

• Ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and updated, and that all data is compliant with regulatory requirements
• Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date
• Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to, patient registration, prescription filling, and inventory management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history, allergies, and medication lists
• Ensure that all data is secure and confidential, in accordance with arenaflex's data protection policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our pharmacy operations are running efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with our pharmacy team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

• Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
• Experience performing data entry tasks, including but not limited to, patient registration, prescription filling, and inventory management
• Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail setting, including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
