The Role

As an Experienced Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in the healthcare and public sector spaces, working closely with customers and partners to architect and implement innovative solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in crafting forward-looking strategies, outlining investment and go-to-market plans, and driving business outcomes through cloud technologies. You will engage with Director, VP, C-level executives, and governing boards, leveraging your credibility as a strategic advisor to our customers, partners, and internally across arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with partner teams to envision business development initiatives through thought leadership, providing portfolio guidance and oversight while working backwards from the needs of our customers.

• Bring a diverse IT and/or management consulting background and knowledge of industry IT trends within the public sector space, leveraging this credibility as a strategic advisor to our customers, partners, and internally across arenaflex.
• Craft innovative, forward-looking strategies while clearly outlining the investment and multi-step go-to-market plan necessary to help arenaflex customers lead the changes to IT strategy, policies, processes, people, governance, and partnerships.
• Lead business outcomes - ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.

Basic Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience leading consulting verticals for healthcare and Canadian government (federal/provincial).

• 5+ years of consulting practice leadership experience as a manager with P&L responsibility.
• Experience selling and delivering technology consulting services.
• Experience providing strategic, consultative services in a sales or advisory services environment.
• Knowledge of the industry, understanding of consulting contract vehicles, and related RFx activities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a consulting firm helping transform the IT organization of multi-national enterprises.

• Experience with Canadian public sector procurement and delivery of advisory services.
• High-level of skill communicating and collaborating effectively across internal and external organizations, including sales, solution architects, and customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup (or startup-like) environment.
• Proven experience migrating production enterprise applications to public and private cloud.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL, along with integration experience of cloud solutions and services with enterprise IT service management systems and processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $126,000/year up to $210,400/year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, offering a comprehensive package that includes equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
