Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Meeting or exceeding established service level agreements set by the CSM
- Working closely with the Customer Success Supervisor to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
Role Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy

- Certification in customer service or a related field
