A Day in the Life

As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement, you'll be at the forefront of driving retention strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your day will be filled with opportunities to:

  • Review customer feedback and product usage data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science, to develop and execute retention initiatives
  • Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies, leveraging customer insights and industry trends to inform decision-making
  • Present retention metrics and campaign results to leadership, influencing future retention strategies and product development
  • Plan and execute comprehensive retention strategies across multiple touchpoints, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS

Key Responsibilities

* Manage audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across multiple channels to drive device, subscription, and user retention

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention
  • Leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities and propose communications that improve the customer experience
  • Test, track, and measure the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics, including device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve arenaflex's approach

About the Team

The Customer Experience & Engagement team at arenaflex is a dynamic group of marketing, product, creative, and analytical experts united by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're a collaborative and innovative team that's constantly finding ways to engage and retain arenaflex's growing customer base.

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $124,500/year to $206,000/year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
