The Role

As an Energy Specialist in our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing tailored solutions to our customers. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. You'll be part of a multi-lingual team, working with customers across the UK and Europe, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Delivering end-to-end customer service, taking full responsibility for customer queries and providing suitable solutions

• Working in a multi-lingual team, communicating with customers in English and German (written and verbal)
• Providing tailored solutions to customers, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances
• Resolving complex issues, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services
