Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service through each interaction
  • Recording and documenting all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying recurring issues and providing suggestions for process improvements
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Experience and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat role
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising on quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
