Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and help drive growth and adoption for our North America-based clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building relationships with our top clients, identifying client needs, and deploying solutions to drive adoption and retention. You'll also oversee a large book of business, influence retention, expansion, and churn rate, and create automation and flows within our success software to support your efforts.

Key Responsibilities

* Build relationships with our top clients and serve US-based clients with video calls in the PDT zone (9 AM to 5 PM)

  • Identify client needs and deploy solutions to drive adoption and retention
  • Conduct video training and showcase new features to clients
  • Drive adoption of our product and encourage best practices among clients
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Oversee a large book of business and influence retention, expansion, and churn rate
  • Create automation and flows within our success software to support your efforts
  • Report on activities and results to stakeholders
  • Collect strategic feedback from clients and share it internally
  • Create impactful emails and outreach campaigns for your book of business

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to cover PDT zone (9 AM to 5 PM) from Monday to Friday

  • English proficiency at C2 level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of previous professional experience in a SaaS customer success role
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  • Great understanding of how to use and teach others to use software
  • Experience with customer success or sales tools (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Good understanding of industry-standard KPIs (churn rate, retention rate, net dollar retention)
  • Good understanding of customer experience tools and the industry

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AI-driven customer service solutions

  • Knowledge of industry-standard customer success methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
