Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our guests through various channels, including voice, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming contacts for various arenaflex brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions
- Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
Key Responsibilities
* Answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations to support our overall vision to be the world's favorite travel company
- Handling incoming contacts for a variety of arenaflex brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels
- Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex brands and services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
