Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Updating member account details with precision and accuracy
- Answering queries and providing general advice and assistance to our members
- Meeting or exceeding personal productivity targets, contributing to team productivity targets, and meeting or exceeding personal quality targets
- Delivering an exceptional member experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Logging and recording all interactions onto our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent attention to detail and listening skills, with the ability to retain and utilise complex product and technical information
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to provide the highest standards of customer service possible, delivering a personalised approach for each individual member
- Strong numeracy, literary, and MS Office skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while still delivering a premium service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate these by telephone, email, and letter
- Strong technical knowledge of computers, with the ability to meet home working requirements and work efficiently in a remote environment
- A reliable internet connection, a landline, and a suitable office setup for hybrid or fully remote work options
