Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Updating member account details with precision and accuracy
  • Answering queries and providing general advice and assistance to our members
  • Meeting or exceeding personal productivity targets, contributing to team productivity targets, and meeting or exceeding personal quality targets
  • Delivering an exceptional member experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Logging and recording all interactions onto our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent attention to detail and listening skills, with the ability to retain and utilise complex product and technical information
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to provide the highest standards of customer service possible, delivering a personalised approach for each individual member
  • Strong numeracy, literary, and MS Office skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while still delivering a premium service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate these by telephone, email, and letter
  • Strong technical knowledge of computers, with the ability to meet home working requirements and work efficiently in a remote environment
  • A reliable internet connection, a landline, and a suitable office setup for hybrid or fully remote work options
