Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Healthcare Claims Processing

Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Digitalizing claim forms using the company-provided template
- Imputing all details of the claim with high accuracy, meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by the company
- Image Classification, Indexing, and General Data Entry
- Reviewing and confirming all data captured is correct before submitting or completing the document
- Utilizing various systems to work on different tasks
- Working within established procedures and practices
- Collaborating with a close degree of supervision
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Data Entry: Proven experience in data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- 10-Key: Proficient in typing at least 40+ WPM, with high accuracy and 10-key by touch proficiency
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, with basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and internet usage
- Medical Claims Form Knowledge: Basic knowledge of medical claims forms is preferred, but not essential
- VPN Experience: Experience working through VPN connections is a plus
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a data entry role, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
* Medical Claims Form Knowledge: Basic knowledge of medical claims forms is preferred, but not essential
- VPN Experience: Experience working through VPN connections is a plus
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in using various systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: $14.99 - $15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility)
