Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruiting Area: Collaborate with our Recruiting Team to identify and initial contact potential candidates for our searches, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. - Propose New Alternatives: Develop innovative strategies to identify candidates, staying ahead of the competition and expanding our talent pool. - Process Improvement: Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in our current processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Job Portal Management: Manage notices in various job portals, evaluating candidates who apply and ensuring timely follow-up. - Professional Profile Analysis: Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches, providing valuable insights to inform our recruitment strategy.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 Year of Work Experience: Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry and recruitment processes. - Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal relationships, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Proactivity and Teamwork: Proactive approach, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a multicultural team. - Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in daily tasks. - Advanced English Level: Strong English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
