Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Administrator, you'll be responsible for participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a range of topics, including:
- Child-related products and services
- Cell phones and mobile devices
- Entertainment, including TV shows, movies, and video games
- Food and dining experiences
- Sports and fitness
- Electronics and technology
- Pets and animal care
- Automobiles and transportation
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating in written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
Experience
While experience is not required, you'll need to be able to work independently and have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
