Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for: - Responding to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns - Offering sales links and discounts to customers, as required - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Working independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer support - Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer experience outcomes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: - A reliable device with a strong internet connection (phone, tablet, or laptop) - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently, following provided steps and instructions - 5+ hours availability per week (flexible scheduling) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer support experience, preferably in a live chat or online environment - Familiarity with social media platforms and website chat functions - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple conversations simultaneously
