The Role

As a part-time Remote Customer Care Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer care through live chat, using tools such as Facebook Messenger. You'll work remotely, using your laptop, phone, or tablet, and will be paid $35 per hour for your services. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are new to customer service, as thorough training is provided to ensure you have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent service and grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts
  • Use live chat tools such as Facebook Messenger to engage with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer care, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer care goals and objectives

Requirements
