Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and complete information to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Virtual Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
