Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be empowered to make decisions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
