Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing in-depth information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and navigate complex systems
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show a willingness to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Consider gaming experience as a valuable asset in this role
