Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system. You will be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral

  • Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system
  • Provide polite and professional telephone manner, empathizing with callers while respecting and understanding their needs
  • Work efficiently and accurately, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High regard for efficiency and accuracy
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to empathize with customers while respecting and understanding their needs
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Experience with booking systems and customer relationship management software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary of £23,795 per annum

  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 30 days following your 1-year service anniversary
