Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

* Handle and respond to 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional phone presence.

• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities and resources as needed, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training seminars, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Support cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Continuously challenge yourself to improve and contribute to team success, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
• Maintain strong work ethic and consistently demonstrate willingness to learn, adapting to new technologies and processes as needed.
• Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries, is essential for this role.

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries.

• Strong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively, adapting to new technologies and processes as needed.

* Previous experience in the real estate or supplementation and fitness industry is a plus.
