Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with some supervision
- Handling incoming and outbound calls at a professional level
- Working the outbound call queue and the outbound max queue by making outbound calls or web verification
- Accurately composing written information for loan histories of customers
- Accurately verifying, keying, and/or memoing insurance information
- Processing insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the internal tracking system
- Reviewing insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements
- Distributing and exchanging information with others
- Meeting set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
- Mentoring fellow coworkers as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Data entry and keyboard knowledge required
- Call Center experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to read and apply common sense understanding to simple instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions, and memos
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
