Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency. You'll assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution, while utilizing upselling techniques to promote additional products or services. You'll also perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and order details, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Hourly rate: $19.84-$21.30 per hour
