Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Performing data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our system, handling top-off orders, and investigating missing data
• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to process new patient enrollment and enter data accurately
• Resolving special cases related to data entry, including handling missing data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
• Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy technician license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintaining a current license or certification

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
• Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms
• Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing reports
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a state-issued license or certification
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing reports
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
