Job Description

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our passengers have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with reservations, flight inquiries, and general support via phone, email, and chat channels.
