Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

Schedule and Flexibility

While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and arenaflex will not be responsible for providing benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, or unemployment insurance benefits.
