Job Summary

As a Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including transportation, logistics, and customer service, to drive process improvements and optimize delivery services. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will enable you to communicate complex findings to stakeholders, influencing business outcomes and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, using SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical techniques

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of changes on business outcomes
• Develop and maintain data models, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data quality checks
• Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate data from various sources, including customer and driver applications
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity

Test Tasks

* Plan and estimate retail tests to measure the impact of changes on business outcomes

• Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
• Develop driver analysis for critical reasons behind late deliveries
• Analyze differences in store and market performance

* Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your investigations

• Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from various sources to support key investigations
• Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing
• Automating tasks and developing processes to screen, analyze, and advise stakeholders on key performance indicators
