Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative – Virtual Perceptionist

As a Virtual Perceptionist, you'll be an extension of our clients' businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Our team members work in a fast-paced technology-rich environment, becoming experts in multiple industries and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Virtual Perceptionist, you'll be responsible for:

• Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and winning their trust and confidence.
• Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately, utilizing active listening skills.
• Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs.
• Understanding the importance of attention to detail and improving skills through practice.
• Applying new knowledge or skills quickly and solving problems without being asked.
• Enjoying working in a technical workplace and collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Qualifications

* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required.

• Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals.
• Strong PC and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman.
